The E-WeedHex weed brushes and the E-ProClip mulching mower are based on machine concepts that have been used for years as combustion models or in electric variants with EGO Powerhead. What’s new is the ability to operate these AS-Motor E-machines with approved batteries from the STIHL AP and ALLPRO systems.

A rotating brush mechanically removes unwanted vegetation from joints and paved surfaces. Herbicides are not required for the work process. This makes the machine particularly interesting for areas where controlled, repeatable, and chemical-free maintenance is required.
Depending on the brush equipment, the machine operates with a 35 cm working width when using the disc brush or 42 cm with the brush carrier. The weight without battery is approximately 38 kg with a steel disc brush.

On wide paths, access routes, and larger squares, a compact edge machine can quickly become a time constraint. The AS 60 E-WeedHex AP operates with a 60 cm working width and is designed for recurring use on larger paved surfaces.
The electric motor provides its torque directly and adjusts power to the brush resistance. This keeps the brush speed as constant as possible, even with varying vegetation. This supports a consistent work result and reduces operator fatigue during longer work sessions.
Weeds are mechanically removed from joints and paved surfaces using a rotating brush. Herbicides are not required for the work process. This makes the model particularly suitable for public, commercial, and municipal areas where regular and traceable maintenance is essential.
The weight without batteries is approximately 56 kg. The robust construction and larger working width make the machine a productive solution for businesses with planned, recurring area operations.

AS 510 E-ProClip A AP: Professional mulch mowing with STIHL battery power
Regular mowing becomes expensive when collecting, emptying and disposing of clippings takes more time than the actual cutting. The AS 510 E-ProClip A AP finely mulches the cuttings and returns them directly to the turf.
With a 51 cm cutting width and a maximum area performance of around 2,000 m² per hour, the mower is designed for regularly maintained lawns. The Variomatic rear-wheel drive enables a travel speed of approximately 1.8 to 3.9 km/h. The cutting height can be centrally adjusted between 40 and 90 mm.
The professional construction includes a rolled steel mulching bell, a mechanical gearbox, additional motor shaft bearings and a slip clutch for protection against foreign object contact. The narrow, double ball-bearing front wheels support manoeuvring around obstacles and along edges.
The batteries are located at the rear of the machine. This makes the mower easier to lift and turn, which is particularly relevant on areas with trees, flower beds, signs or other obstacles.
